On February 9th our city council will vote to bring electronic gambling in to Chickasaw. Several individuals in our city have informed the Mobile Press Register and our local television stations that as a whole, Chickasaw residents want this for our city. Governor Bob Riley and John Tyson have both made it quite well known that this will not be allowed. Please stand together as a city and let our council know that we will not accept this devaluation of our city's moral and ethic standards. For almost a century Chickasaw has been know for it's beautiful homes and parks. Do not let them take away our city's innocence and promise for a bright future by allowing this ILLEGAL activity to take place.
